Composite evaporative condenser Introduction
High efficiency evaporative condenser is based on the basic theory of latent heat exchange and sensible heat exchange, various types of cooling modes such as evaporation, air cooling, and water cooling are optimized and combined. It is widely used in the condensation and cooling of media in petrochemical and chemical towers or after compressors, Petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, refrigeration and other industries.
Composite evaporative condenser Principle
The high-temperature thermal fluid to be cooled first enters the fin precooler in the upper part of the equipment, and the high-temperature and high-temperature heat exchange is performed by the high-humidity and low-temperature air passing through the fin tube and the evaporating coil. The hot fluid is reduced to a lower temperature by the fin precooler and then enters the coil portion, where it is cooled down to a lower temperature by evaporation of the water film outside the tube. The finned pre-cooling section and the evaporator coil share the axial fan on the upper part of the equipment to make full use of the cooling water and fan.
